To Create Your First Profile Press On The Button That The Arrow It Pointing Towards

Proceed By Adding All Your Profiles Info. The Profile Name Can Be Anything.

Once You Are Done Press Save And You Have Made Your First Profile And It Should Look Like The Image Below
