Gmail App Password Guide

Step 1: Go to Your Google Account Security Settings

Step 2: Turn on 2-Step Verification (if not already enabled) Scroll to "Signing in to Google" → Click 2-Step Verification → Follow the prompts to enable.

Step 3: Open App Passwords

Once 2-Step is ON, go back to the Security tab → Click on App Passwords - If you do not see it press on the search bar in the settings and search App Passwords and it should take you directly to it.

Step 4: Generate App Password

Under “Select app”, choose Mail
Under “Select device”, select Other and give it a custom name
Click Generate

Step 5: Copy the 16-digit App Password

Copy and Paste the 16-digit app password into the form - remove spaces
